This 3 day a week program is designed to make your life easier by taking the thinking out of training. I have done it for you! Add some spice to your gym life!

Learn how to use your body as one unit, while improving your body composition & physique at the same time!

Each week is planned out & progressed for you! You just need to follow the program.

You will be performing a variety of Body Weight Exercises, CrossFit WODS (workouts) & Bodybuilding Exercises.
